Hey there! At Velvet Brushes, we want to make sure the "money part" of your hobby is as relaxing as the painting itself. Since we're just a small crew working out of our Bristol, PA studio, we don't have some giant, complicated corporate billing department. We keep things honest, simple, and very secure.

How your payment is handled

We’ve teamed up with Shopify Payments and PayPal to take care of the heavy lifting. This is great for you because it means we never actually see your credit card numbers or private bank info. Those guys are the experts at encryption, so your data stays locked away where it belongs.

Ways you can pay

We know everyone has a favorite way to shop, so we’ve made sure to accept almost everything shown in our footer:

• The Classics: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Discover, and Diners Club.
• Phone & Web Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
• Quick Checkout: Shop Pay and PayPal.

When do you get charged?

The moment you click that final "Complete Order" button, your payment method is charged. We do this so we can jump right on your order and start getting your paint-by-numbers kit ready to ship out from our Pennsylvania studio.

No hidden nonsense

The price you see in your cart is the real-deal total. We aren't about to hit you with any weird "surprise" fees or hidden taxes at the last second. Just a heads-up: everything on our site is priced in U.S. Dollars (USD).

A quick note on safety

Our whole shop is wrapped in an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. Think of it like a digital bodyguard for your information while you’re browsing and buying.
