1. What’s actually inside the box?

Every Velvet Brushes kit comes ready to go! You’ll get:

• A high-quality canvas with all the numbers printed clearly.
• A wooden frame (the canvas is already stretched and mounted for you).
• All the paint pots you’ll need to finish the piece.
• A set of 3 brushes in different sizes.

2. Do I need to mix any colors?

Not at all. We’ve done the messy part for you! Each color is pre-mixed and numbered to match the spots on your canvas. Just pop the lid and start painting.

3. My paint feels a bit thick. What should I do?

Since it's acrylic, the paint can get a little thick sometimes. If it feels a bit stiff, just add one or two drops of warm water to the pot and give it a quick stir. It’ll be smooth and ready to go in seconds.

4. Where is my order coming from?

We ship everything directly from our home in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Since we aren't shipping from overseas, you won't have to wait weeks for your art kit to arrive.

5. How long until it gets to me?

Give us about 1-3 business days to get your order packed up. Once it’s with the carrier, Standard Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.

6. Can I do this even if I’m not an "artist"?

That’s the whole point! Paint by numbers is meant to be relaxing, not stressful. As long as you can match the numbers, you can paint something beautiful. It’s a great way to unplug and clear your head.
