Shipping Policy

Everything we sell at Velvet Brushes is packed and shipped with care directly from our home in Bristol, Pennsylvania.

The Timeline: When will I get my order?

To give you the most accurate expectation, please remember:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

1. Processing Time (Our preparation time)

• It takes us 1–3 business days to hand-check your kit, pack the paints, and get it ready for the carrier.
• We work Monday through Friday. If you order after 5:00 PM EST on a Friday, we’ll start prepping your kit on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Options (After processing is done) We offer a few ways to get your art kit to you:

• Standard Shipping: $6.95 (takes 3-7 business days).
• FREE Standard Shipping: Available for all orders over $75.95.
• Expedited Shipping: $14.95 (takes 2-3 business days).

Tracking Your Package

Once we hand your order over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please permit it about 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update the location of your package.

Important Details

• Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time are considered "next day" orders.
• Shipping Area: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
• Address Changes: Please double-check your address! Since we are a small team and ship quickly, we usually can't change the destination once the package is out the door.
