Look, we get it; reading a privacy policy is about as exciting as watching paint dry. But since you’re trusting us with your info, we want to be 100% upfront about how we handle things here at Velvet Brushes.

First off, we aren’t data miners. We are just a small team in Bristol trying to sell some cool painting kits. When you buy something from us, we ask for your name, email, and address. We only use that info to make sure your package actually gets to your front door and to send you a tracking number so you aren't wondering where your order is.

We never touch your credit card info. This is why we use PayPal. When you pay, you’re doing it on their secure site, not ours. We never see your card numbers or bank details; we just get a notification saying, "Hey, the payment went through," and then we start packing your box.

No spam, no selling lists. We hate junk mail just as much as you do. We will never sell your email or phone number to some random company. Your info stays with us, period.

A note on cookies. Our website uses "cookies" just to make things work smoothly, like making sure the kit you added to your cart doesn't disappear if you accidentally refresh the page. Nothing creepy, just basic website stuff.
